"I wish it were easier to navigate the store, the website is confusing and there's little direction so I cased the whole store looking for one item!! The employees are very polite though and the atmosphere is incredible. I always love stopping by the fish in the back too :)"
"This location is the worst store I have ever dealt with in my life went online purchase trail cameras for in-store pick up same day never received the email to pick up the number on the initial confirmation email and was told my order got transferred to a ship to store instead of same-day pick up, and that my order would not be available for seven days even though the store showed seven in stock and I cannot change the order, I cannot cancel it. I would have to wait until the items arrived at the store and then wait for a no pick up time to lapse before I would get a refund so I went online again to this for the same store and picked two other cameras it showed that there was 10 in stock. I called the store spoke to a young lady and she said yes we have 10 in stock so I ordered two cameras for in-store pick up. Never received an email to come pick them up same day so I called back the store and was informed that they don't have any in stock and they haven't had any in stock for weeks. This store, and Bass Pro is the worst store I have ever tried to purchase anything from and will never do business with them again in any state."

"Blake in the sunglasses area was super nice and knowledgeable. I'm just disappointed that the people in the fishing area weren't as knowledgeable. I bought a new pole that apparently was only for 10-12lb line and I bought 50lb line. It wasn't until I got it home and asked my local bait store to put it on for me that they told me it was the wrong line. I live about a hour from the store and now have to drive back just to return this line. Very disappointed in the fishing department customer service. Blake is the only reason they received 4 stars. Otherwise it'd be 2."
