"My wife and I were in the market for tile for a project. Lowes had a great selection. Nicely stocked. Our overall experience today was enjoyable. Bit crowded at the main entrance, though. You are competing with other customers returning items that are waiting in line immediately inside the door. In my opinion the return desk should be further inside the store so you won't have this congestion at the entrance. Checkout seems to always have more self checkouts open than actual cashiers. Staff I encountered were friendly and helpful this time. Will return..."

"Saturday afternoon, Bought Lots of Soil & Soil Amendments, which they have a good selection of. Was being helped by one associate who had to leave, sadly had to wait a while for next associate to come, finish helping me. both were kind and helpful. Just didn't like having to wait so long in the cold, wet weather. There was another gentleman ahead of me who also was waiting a while for help."

"I was looking for flooring information, and the first 2 guys left the area to assist someone else. Then Spencer came and was a humongous asset. He was very thorough with his explanation and gave good advice. He even provided me with free samples of flooring pieces to take home & compare with my current flooring. The prices for what I was looking at was decent too."

"Today is my husband's weekly visit to pick up supplies at the local contractors supply. First stop at a competitive store then on to this one. His specific job is not going to happen anytime soon. Yelp. Not on the shelf and no one can say anything to how long it takes to get it ordered. Oh the joy of patience and long-suffering."

"It’s a Monday at 6:15 pm. The store was relatively quiet with minimal customers walking about and searching in the aisles. Outside and inside, signs read, “we’re hiring” and over the speaker was an announcement to “join our team, good pay…” I take to heart there may be staffing issues, but there were staff members on the floor, walking, talking, but not so much working. Carts and ladders were in the aisles and no employee, barring the clerk at the customer service, even acknowledged our existence. That includes the check-out clerk, she never said hello, thank you, good bye, no nod of the head, no attempt to smile. I heard her say, that really upsets me, or some semblance thereof. It took me a minute, but I realized she was talking on her phone while she rang our purchases. There was, in 45 minutes, no acknowledgment of our patronage. I’ve shopped at this store for 25 years, but we’re getting divorced now."
