"I want to thank Christina in the Bakery for one of the best customer service experiences at Publix Supermarket. I came in to get the popular cake…Strawberry Shortcake. When I noticed they were all out I turned around and saw Christina, she greeted me then asked if I needed help….with a smile. We discussed my dilemma and she quickly jumped into action. She said to me “Oh, no problem I can make it for you”!. She said give me ten minutes. I got my few things and came back in ten minutes and it was ready. "Very clean, very organized store. Ample parking. Staff always greets you with a smile and the deli staff always loads generous amounts of veggies to your sandwich. All items at Publix are generally more expensive than at Kroger, but I guess you pay the premium for the luxury grocery experience"

"One person working behind the chicken counter and four people trying to get chicken and I bought chicken already prepared in a box hot but I had to get twice as much chicken as I wanted because I couldn't get waited on. Your chicken is always the best. It's hard to get waited on."

"Dylan made a very nasty sub. First he didn’t wipe off the counter and there was dirty old lettuce.and just didn’t make the sun correctly. Please re-train him. This deli has gone downhill. Spend my hard earned money and can’t even eat it!"
