"Items are priced incorrectly and aren’t honored. The manager had the nerve to ask me if I could read what the sign said and if I could I would’ve known this was incorrect. In my opinion if she could manage maybe items wouldn’t be in the wrong place. Never returning to this location."

"The Tire Center technician broke the knob and only offered a option to drive back to the center for inspection, and insist it without any other choice. Not even accept the choice to bring the part to them when I shop in the store next time at my convenience. Unbelievable unreasonable for their fault. Please thoroughly check your car when you have to get service in the center, be extremely careful. Immediately talk to them when you find anything wrong. Don't leave with it. I would like to feel the trust exist. Thanks for the immediate response from the owner. I will adjust the review when I get further update. Appreciate!"

"I had a Sam's Club membership back in the early 2000s and really enjoyed shopping at the Tucker, GA location back then. Today was my first time in a Sam's Club since then. I visited the Alpharetta store. I wish I could say that my experience was pleasant. Although they seemed to have a pretty good selection of merchandise throughout the warehouse, there were quite a few signs of wear, especially in the refrigerated cases with visible rust stains. I picked up two much needed items and made my way to the first register, which is near the exit, only to be rudely met by that cashier who quickly put up her open hand to indicate that she was not taking any customers. No kindness or courtesy AT ALL in her communication, and she never said a word. That would never happen at Costco, where I've happily been a member for many years and will continue to be. There is definitely a difference from one brand to the next."

"Hate the lines you have to make to pay and even worse to get out of the store. I am not a member however I when with someone that it is. Really don’t want to pay for a membership that make me lose my time. I really think this is a very stupid system. They should have their reasons but still at this time with all the technology they could be more creative. Specialty when the store is located in a hot traffic area. Just imagine going for just one thing something for an emergency and you don’t really want to spend to much time, you will will have to deal with the traffic like everybody else and then at this store you will have to be inside the store for 30 to 40 minutes or more. And to add something more they are using an scanner to get out that is very slow. It will be really nice if they could get better devices or better service."
