"Costco - make shopping easy. We pay for membership, and we pay for goods as well. You don't give them away for free! Checking the membership at entrance, in the line, at register is not giving the best shopping experience. Every time i shop here i feel disrespected and annoyed. The staff that checks the ID in lines is rude and acts bossy. This practice seems to be particular to this Costco location. Didn't have such bad experience at other locations. I'm not talking about overcrowded parking lot. Sometimes i have to drive around for 10–15-minutes to find a free spot."
"Not a place that values their members! When I heard the Costco employee say rather rudely “move over forklift, this is a warehouse!” To a woman with her 2 kids. Costco is already organized chaos, with checking your id at the door, then in line, then at the register and finally at the door you have prove you paid for it! I think Publix “where shopping is a pleasure” and Amazon where the forklifts aren’t in the way when their members are shopping. Sorry Costco People over profits is what’s best for our world."
"This particular Costco seems to feature more unique and bougie items than I've seen at other locations. The crowd of fellow shoppers seem to be less aggressive as well. I've been to almost all the metro Atlanta Costco locations, and this is the BEST one if you're choosy."

"Update, 09032023 Costco check membership when entering. Yet Costco is forcing people to show their membership card and picture when checking out using self checkout. It's not only an annoyance, it's disrespect to their members. It's not the way to increase your membership base. Very busy during weekend Great flowers, great fruit and many other quality nuts and ingredients. The service here have since improved."
