Kroger Pharmacy

"Why are they taking the prescriptions if they are not capable of completing them the same day. The prescriptions are important and probably many times if not administered on time, life can be at risk this is beyond my comprehension."

"Rudeness glorified! A sick person has come to pick up their medicines, and they treat them in such a demeaning way. A free months ago when I got a prescription sent to them and went to ask them about it, they said loudly to “WAIT FOR AN SMS”. This time while picking my medicines, I asked for my wife’s prescription status since she hasn’t received any “SMS” yet. This time the person shouted at me “YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT BOTH TOGETHER. IT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME SOME TIME” @Kroger, please check why you have such disgruntled employees, and ask them to make up their mind on how do they want to process the queue. I’m switching my default pharmacy - anything but Kroger"

"I have been coming to this Pharmacy for more than 1 year and doing so purely out of sheer convenience as I live at a walkable distance. However not anymore after my recent experience(many more before this) where the Pharmacist Ms Neeta just doesn’t seem interested in handling customer politely and has a permanent frown on her face. I came to pick my prescription and asked her to check if Good RX had a better price as compared to my insurance . Her point blank answer was insurance is the best rate. I had to politely let her know my very recent experience where another staff from the pharmacy said so and was proved wrong. So unwillingly she checked and was astonished that what I was being billed $20 through my insurance dropped to $6. She had no remorse or even apologised for her rudeness . Wonder if Kroger would even bother to read it."

"So sad to see the decline in the operations of this pharmacy. I've been with them for 9 year. I do have a favorite among the pharmacists, she's been there the longest. I'm immediately discouraged when I see another pharmacist working as I know the flow will be disjointed. I've observed them not acknowledge other waiting customers for extended periods of time. Also, the wait times. Whether there is no one in line or or the script was put in greater than 3 hours prior, they never quite deliver in a timely manner. Today will be my last visit."

"The pharmacist (box braids, sometimes wrapped in a head scarf) was very rude and disrespectful. My boyfriend had recently moved in with me and had decided to go to the closer Kroger as opposed to the one he has been going to for 20 years on a monthly basis. She accused him of being a drug seeker and so he just decided to make the drive to his Kroger only 5 miles away. I will say, the ONLY reason for the 2 stars is the Managing partner for Kroger was very helpful and friendly and he addressed the situation with her. I only know this because the second time I dealt with her she was the same way and I spoke to him directly and he assured me he couldn’t disclose any information but she was spoken to. He’s a true professional and very helpful."
