"Opening hours are 9:00 a.m. It’s 9:10and this woman just looked at me like I was crazy when I tried to open the door and continued to do what she is doing which obviously is opening the store. However, she could have acknowledged me. When I came in the other day she was screaming at a Spanish guy as if he was deaf. This woman’s customer service is horrible."

"I went to buy my cigarettes at this store as I always do and the "manager" tammy white did not want to accept my mexican passport because it is not completely in english that is called racism even though my passport was issued to me here in atlanta and it is in english and Spanish the truth is I don't know what his problem is, she asked me for identification completely in English?????"

"If i could I'd rate this store a negative 100!! Worst Customer service I've ever seen! They never greet you when you enter the store and every employee I've seen that works there never smiles, they always look angry! You ask them a question their answers are always short and with an attitude! If you don't like your job QUIT!! Stop taking your frustrations out on the customers!"

"If you go to the store around 9:00 Pm you better make it quick!! the employees there do not want to recount anything again and do not want to sell anything so they can seat by the computer waiting till clocking out time. If you're lucky and they dont smell like a weed bar inside the store. poor poor poor customer service skills and never management to complain to."

"This is the worst family dollar I have ever visited! They have store hours that management does not even abide by. Store hours on the outside of the building states they open at 9am. The doors are always locked! I have waited at times over 10 min for them to open and the door is still locked. I have reported this store to corporate. Do better."
