"There's NOTHING WORSE than the 'after effects' from SHADY business operations. This location, for whatever reason, SOLD 'improperly handled' ORGANIC turkeys less than 3 months ago! Can you imagine after all the COST & effort to prepare the 'one meal a year' that holds a great deal of significance and when you take that FIRST BITE of long awaited, juicy, steaming, delicious celebratory main course your mouth and tongue SHRIVEL & SHRINK! There's NOTHING WORSE! It's not like you can leave the table, jump in your car, run to the closest WHOLE FOODS to get a replacement - so that your HOLIDAY isn't entirely RUINED?! We had a lot of meat, $79.80, so we tried to FEED it to our dogs - 'one sniff' and even they turned up there noses! That's not the worst of it. . . I'd contacted WF and spoke with what seemed like a conscientious staff member; 'amane' who did locate the purchase receipt in their accounting records, (& impressively quickly I might add), and who then initiated the process to have the CHARGE to the CARD returned/REFUNDED/reversed. Soooo, as the story goes, I'd called 3 wks later when the CREDIT DIDN'T SHOW UP & again, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 wks later and talked to what seemed like very courteous employees who's names I won't mention. BUTT, when I finally got 'FED-UP' with the amount of time & effort I'd spent trying to re-coup the near disaster Whole Foods participated to cause I finally speak with JAIR after requesting to speak with their Store Mgr. So, JAIR agrees, rather than nudge or put the fire under amanE to 'follow-thru' and make certain the process is completed - JAIR AGREED; $100 Giftcard would be at their Customer Service Desk (the add'l $20.20 JAIR mentioned was a 'good faith'' apology) for the 'HASSLE' with OUR Whole Foods Customer EXPERIENCE. Then, as the Gift Card is retrieved, 'amanE' doesn't know about the agreement? Or worse, DOES KNOW and for whatever despicable reasoning only presents a $80 Giftcard that's more like a 'slap in the face' or some small minded narcissism of retaliation because poor girl FAILED to DO HER JOB CORRECTLY, to begin with. For whatever reasons it's ANOTHER frustrating, exhausting, EXAMPLE of when merchants insist upon diminishing & destroying CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! Whole Foods doesn't normally 'STEAL FROM' it's customers, or perhaps MERCHANT WALK location does? There's nothing more loathesome than having to contend or deal with 'L,B, &Ts' (Liars, bullies, & THIEVES)!! IF customer loyalty and especially TRUST doesn't mean anything - WHY ALL the BS hype with advertising? I don't know anyone who actually enjoys being taken advantage of... especially after all the carnage everybody is 'still feeling' post-pandemic. Remember a couple of years ago; all of uS, standing outside stores BEGGING, graveling, desperately grappling for scraps and hideously OVER-PRICED goods?! Those times are over. BUTT, manufacture strategy monotizes 'over-flow' to INFLATE & monopolize EXCESSIVE PROFITS from the basis of exploiting consumer 'ptsd' that too many people have yet to recover from! BOTTOM LINE, if any merchant has the audacity 'to sell' TRUST & REPUTATION they better damned be capable to stand upon something called 'integrity' and STOP THE CRAP of 'taking advantage' & profiting from ANY bad situation. SHAME ON YOU JAIR! SHAME ON YOU emanE! Next time you stand before a mirror & wash your face, take a deep look at what's actually starring back at you. I don't plan to patronize this location - IT'S PROVEN - they CAN'T be trusted."
"Very clean store, very happy and helpful associates, really good product selection. The only knock is that sometimes (and truly only sometimes) you will find produce and/or meats that have gone past shelf life and spoil the experience. Whilst it is rare, for such expensive grocery costs, I expect it to be never rather than sometimes."
"Excellent in store experience. Dear Whole Foods - could you please move the online order pickup spots to somewhere other than the most busy intersection in the parking lot, with more spaces and wider parking spaces? It is painful to pick up online orders here."
"Purchased the broccoli crunch salad and got to my car and took several bites thinking it tasted weird. I checked the date and it should have been removed from the shelf days ago and was expired. The staff didn’t seem to care that I ate expired food that tasted like soured milk. Absolutely disgusting. Check all the dates on your things since they clearly don’t care."
"Good variety of fruits available here. They have good variety of hot foods and salads. They also have an Olive Bar. They also have a good selection of Seafood and Meat. This store is spacious and well maintained. Staff here is very friendly. Mask is compulsory for in store shopping and sanitizer is available at the entrance."
