I purchased full length overalls and they had her size-small. The original price was around $70. I paid $29 with tax!!"

"This location needs to change its phone voicemail to reflect the hours of the store. I just drove clear across town because the voice message on their phone said that they closed at 8 PM but when I got there it was 7:15 PM and they had already closed. I was very ticked off, especially because I was only going there for a pick up, which I did to save money on shipping and handling. I realize that Google says that the time they close is 7 PM but they’re actual phone voicemail plus their American Eagle app both say they close at 8 PM. I’m very frustrated and very annoyed that I’m going to have to come back on another day in order to pick up my items."

I can tell you why, because I handed a whole pile of clothes I wanted to try on before purchasing, instead I purchased nothing at all. Huge inconvenience when you've been shopping and excited to try in the clothes.... then nope... gave them all back."
