"The groomer who grommed my dog was excellent, and was so sweet. The star goes to her. However, Zack and the other lady are extremely sarcastic and rude, and always seem to have something slick to say. I honestly do not have to and will not support this business, and will gladly bring my dog elsewhere. Once again, the groomer was excellent, so if you’re looking for a decent groomer, by all means recommend. But as for the individuals who work upfront, definitely not having it with them. Too rude and sarcastic to deal with. Thank you groomer for your kindness and time."

"We love how Joanna was very personal and attentive to what we are asking for our baby girl Aster. She puts bows that make Aster look even cuter, Aster never looks stressed out. She smells wonderful and comes home happy. Joanna had always done a great job and all her crew including the little Jayden are nice and friendly. We highly recommend them!"

"Everyone who works here is an angel. You all went far above and beyond Tuesday night when you agreed to keep Pippa after she escaped from our shop and was brought in to you by good Samaritans. You even groomed her and gave her a little bandanna! She was clearly very well cared for while you had her overnight. We are eternally grateful for all of you.
