"Nicely decorated rooms, spacious, but encountered a few issues during our one night stay that caused us some frustration. When we expressed them at the front desk, we were told to email management. That alone is frustrating, and comes off a bit dismissive. First, we stayed here because it’s across the street from Fox Theater, so it was super convenient for us to park…. Or so we thought. Upon check in, there was zero parking. This meant we couldn’t park at the hotel initially, and had to pay for other parking so we could make our dinner reservations that we would have walked to had the hotel had parking. After dinner, we finally found parking at the hotel. Second, the vanity light in the bathroom stopped working. It was already 11pm, after our show, so we didn’t bother with it because we were tired and checking out the next morning. But I’ve read some other reviews where guests had similar issues with the vanity lights, and who wants to switch rooms or have someone in their room after a long evening? Not me. Finally, there were zero linens for the couch bed, so we called the front desk and we were told to come down and get them. Which I would have expected someone to send them up, but okay. Then they still didn’t give us any sheets or extra pillows. It was 2 mattress pads and a blanket. It was my mom’s birthday and she hates when I make a fuss, so I just let it be, but for almost $300 for a one night stay, I just expected a lot more. I travel frequently and have spent far less and received better accommodations and service than we received here. The location is amazing, but there are some other options in the area that I may look to book for our next event. Especially considering we did express disappointment with the working situation and weren’t offered any accommodations."

"Sheree was an amazing asset to this property. She is kind and helpful and overall a joy to be around. She made my stay extremely pleasant and we hope to see her the next time we are in Atlanta! She provided such a warm welcome."

"We had a great experience at this hotel the room was really nice modern and clean.The hotel was right next to the Marta train to get around Atlanta quickly. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff for sure they were always eager to help and in good spirits everyone of them. I also want to mention Kyle in particular always making an extra effort to make sure everything thing was just right for us during breakfast from plates on the table to making sure we and everyone had fresh coffee and anything else that we needed. I will definitely come back here and recommend."

"We love staying at this hotel!! He have stayed 2 times when going to the fox theater. It is soo clean and nice and close and easy for us! Love the complementary breakfast and the cook and Kyle where very pleasant and positive during a busy breakfast! We even smiled as we where leaving because house keeping happy as we where running behind with getting us and out things out of the room! Then, the sweet and cheerful lady at the front desk ( tall, beautiful energy, black lady with glasses, long braids on top of her head ) wished us well on our travels!!! We have stayed and many many many hotels in the Atlanta area and right now this one is our favorite!!!! Thanks for a great stay!! We will see y’all next time we are in Atlanta!"

"I was pleased and enjoyed my 5 night stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice, with a great view. My toddler son enjoyed the space to move around in the room and the window view we had from the 14th floor. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning and the evening reception during the week. All of the staff we interacted with including front desk staff, breakfast crew, housekeeping crew, and security were all very friendly and welcoming. The gym had equipment I could use to exercise on. The location was good and within reach of the places we went to while visiting Atlanta. Check-in and check-out was a smooth process. I highly recommend this hotel."
