"If you're looking for a good groomer, I can't recommend Pet Gallery enough! I was told my dog was difficult to groom during a visit to another groomer, so I was really hesitant to take him to get groomed again; but after severe matting from a surgery suit, 95 degree weather, and a few trips to doggie daycare, a groom was needed. I hesitantly took him to Pet Gallery (who fit us into the schedule very quickly) and told them that he was really matted, so to do the best they could in terms of a cut. Not only were they incredibly friendly and understanding, but they told me my dog didn't have any issues with the groom and my dog looks AMAZING despite having to be shaved because of his full-body matting! He is usually so anxious after getting groomed, but he walked out of that place wagging his tail and wanting to play. To top it all off, the staff remembered my grandma who used to take her dog to Pet Gallery probably 15-20 years ago, which to me shows that they care about their customers.
