"I'm standing here been standing here for at least 15 minutes. I come in for a refund on a mop head replacement for a rubermaid brand i got the wrong one. The cashier told me i had to wait til the manager come up front before she do a refund. The manager is outside doing what i don't know. But the cashier never bothered about trying to get the manager. This is so un professional. She had plenty of time to go to the back and get her. But the cashier want me to tell her when someone come to the front. That's not my job i don't work for Family Dollar"
