"Took my rescued German shepherd in for grooming with Jewel. I was extremely nervous about having him groomed but she was so patient in listening to my concerns regarding his history of possible abuse. After assuring me she would go slow and only do what he’d allow, I was very comfortable leaving him with her. My dog was happy when I picked him up and Jewel did a fantastic job. The store is always clean and the employees are very helpful and friendly."

"very poor experience at the groomer today. i had him done here other 3 times before and it went fine but my dog came back as scared as a dog can be and he’s always very nice and friendly. they didn’t cut my cavachon’s nails, he had blazer’s cuts on his belly and butt, ears were not cleaned and they shaped his faced really weirdly. will definitely not bring him back and would not tell anyone to go there."

"I’ve taken my labradoodle here many times with no issue, but very upset with this last visit. They shaved her tail and, cut her face to look like a schnauzer. Her hair is cut unevenly with random long strands. Also she has bare patches where she was shaved way too closely. They shaved her butt and now she is miserable and clearly in pain from razor burn. Her ears are not even brushed out. Didn’t trim her nails. I will be grooming her myself in the future…"

"Not the place to take big puppies at all! They had him for about 4 hours. The girl said they did a dematting, but literally shaved his back and front paws. My dog looks sick and like he was homeless. Then she proceeded to say he needed more training to calm him down. He’s not an aggressive dog at all what-so ever and he loves people! I’m more concerned about what went on behind closed doors with my 7 month old pup!"
