"Today made the 4th time I’ve had my puppy groomed here. She always looks great, but today was different. Her cut was good, but as I walked through the door, the owner was screaming at a barking, crying dog…MY PUPPY!!! My mini schnauzer is a little hyper and very spoiled. She does not like the crate. I was shocked and angry listening to the way Cindy was yelling. My puppy is very withdrawn since we’ve been home. She doesn’t want to be held or bothered. This is a puppy that is always held or sitting with someone. My dog is truly traumatized. Hearing the way Cindy was talking to my dog, makes me believe that she has been excessively rough or in some way harmed my dog. Needless to say I WILL NOT take her back there and. I longer recommend anyone go here. Very disappointing to say the least."
"My wife an i, took our 11 month old akita there yesterday. And done a wonderful job, i like the natural oils she uses for the skin and there fur."
"If you love your pet, never ever go here. First and foremost, I've never had a problem this big with them until last Friday, 4/21/23. I brought my dog in a little after 2 pm. For her appointment. I called them around 4 p.m., and yet they still did not have her finished for grooming. Around 9:30 pm, I called twice, but there was no answer, I left a voice mail. 9:45 pm, my uncle makes a couple of calls. No answer. Around 10 minutes later, a lady calls my phone back to pick my dog up. I pick her up the lady with the rotten teeth in her mouth, which is the owner's daughter. I pick my dog up. The lady gave me a free flea collar, and she put it on my dog. Ok, my uncle, and I take it off after we get back home. Which is a 5 min drive. Mind you, like I said, we took it off as soon as we got into our living room. We didn't think anything of it, so the next morning something was off about our dog she wasn't acting active or spunky like she was before we took her to the groomers. We checked her, and we found that under her neck was a huge razor burn she was bleeding on her back. In 3 places, she was scalped. Because the vet cost so much for weekend emergencies, we made an appointment on Monday morning at the vet for a walk-in. Cost over $400 because where they scalped her, those wounds and razer burn got severely infected. I called the pet groomer and told her what was going on. I brought vet paperwork, I also brought photos to show how bad a severe her wounds were. They said our dog came in already like that. They actually argued with me that they did no harm to my dog. And it was due to moisture from her collar. Now come on, I always check my dog for tics and fleas. But I will be calling my lawyer, and I am posting the pictures with this so everyone can see. Please keep your pets safe. Update: Within a month later, of this incident, our Sadie has passed away."
"Awesome job on my 14 yr old Carin Terrier who was a mess. I don't know the lady's name but she was very kind and gentle with my old boy and had him looking handsome in just 4 hrs we would have understood if it had taken longer she had quite a job on her hands."
"I have a Great Pyrenees mix....LOTS of fur! This is the first groomer to correctly de-shed my dog. There wasn't any loose hair that had to be brushed out when I got home & 3 weeks later I can pet him without getting a handful of fur! Worth every dime spent! Only complaint is he wasn't ready at the given pick up time. I don't mind if it takes a long while, just give me an accurate time frame. I will be a returning customer! **This is an old photo. NOT after the grooming."
