"There is a greeter that is really rude at the door this morning I had no idea that apparently you have to have a pro membership with Sam's the shop before 10:00 which really sucks so she tells me that I can't shop right now and I go to leave and another woman rushes over to me trying to talk me into getting the updated membership which I didn't want it was a very unprofessional way for them to handle the situation they could have just explained it to me but she was very rude"

"Needs to learn how to not profile people as they come through the front door. Don't make people feel unworthy of paying for their annual membership by picking and choosing who your rude greeter asks to see a membership card as you had 5 other groups of people in front of you not be asked to show whatsoever. In 2021 you'd think one of the largest companies in the US would understand that... Also, sat and watched a box of wine fall over on its own and it sat there for over 30 mins without any sight of a worker. A veteran had to actually find a wet floor sign and put it out himself. Pretty pitiful if you ask me. Makes me want a discount on my membership."
