"Lighthouse [Tony] quickly became the cornerstone of my mental health journey, providing me with excellent and comprehensive care, located in a state-of-the-art establishment, which has become a refuge for me since October of 2022. "Most of the times I had an appt I noticed the receptionist wasn’t there.. I saw tony (Anthony) & almost every appt he looked at his phone at some point during the session. At the last appt I had with him he asked to cut the session short to go somewhere, I’m assuming it was something pre-planned because he was wearing a suit for the occasion. I really wouldn’t have minded if he just waited until I finished my sentence to ask..instead he cut me off and it was really hurtful. I recently made an appt with him and was 5 minutes late, I called ahead of time and made it aware I was right down the street and would be there momentarily… they said it wasn’t a problem. Once I got there I waited 20 minutes, receptionist was gone, and no one even came to the front to see if anyone walked in (they were expecting me any minute). I left because there was no point starting my session with 30 minutes left. Really surprised and disappointed with this office."
