"I call and call them to get prescriptions refilled & it always turns into a Big Theatrical Event to get my medications refilled on time!! Always between them & Rite Aid in Salem !!! Everytime!!"

I wanna sue this place so bad for the amount of counselors telling me multiple different diagnosis' and for making my condition worse."

"The providers vary. Some are excellent. Some are awful. The office is a disaster. Bank on them never calling you back, crossing lines, or even misspelling your name and then insisting they can't find you in their system. We need better, more professional resources for mental healthcare and people who can do their job."

"I asked for a different therapist repeatedly left voice mail on there phone told receptionist repeated I wanted a new therapist got told we will be in contact never happened for months till got letter from therapist I tried to get away from have 30 days to respond very disappointed"

"My appointment that I made weeks in advance got canceled AN HOUR before the start time. The reason they gave me was because she was too busy. Really? How can you be too busy for a scheduled appointment? Super unprofessional. I would get it if she was sick or something, but the receptionist literally told me she was too busy. Not sure how the actual counseling is, but if this is the way that they treat their clients, I don't care to find out."
