"Our first patient experiences at SRMC have been this month. My husband RAVED about SRMC when he had a CT scan there. He spoke of what a nice, seemingly new or renovated facility it is. He said, “every employee” he had contact with made it seem like they were there for him (from registration through having a CT scan). I don’t know that I have ever had him rave to me about anywhere so I felt SMRH deserved a review. Today I got to experience their nice facility and exceptional service in the surgical department. Another wonderful experience."

"If I could give this place negative stats I would , I was there over 6 hours despite being one of the only patients there. When the doctor finally prescribed the meds to me I told him the meds I currently take and I said these will be safe with what I already take right? And he said “I mean they should be” like what?? I also heard and watched two of the nurses talking about me. Not to mention they poked me SIX times trying to place one IV so unprofessional and I would recommend literally anywhere other than here. I was there for over 6 hours and I seen the doctor for maybe 3 minutes and a nurse for maybe 5 my whole visit. Was never given a call button or asked if I needed anything worst hospital ever."

"Apparently someone with a Sprained ankle is more important than someone that is having an allergic reaction to a prescribed medication. Sitting in the waiting room over 5 hours already."
