"Although the person taking the blood was very nice no issues with her at all. The fact that you cannot call into this facility to talk to a human being is absolutely unacceptable and totally ridiculous! We are humans we have questions when someone says your lab results will be done in 24 hours and it's been over a week and you cannot get a hold of anyone to find out why that is not"

"I'm a frequent flyer here at this quest location. The staff is amazing and good at their jobs. Being pregnant I started coming at 9wks and I'm currently 27wks. The ladies who work here have always gotten my blood samples on the first try and I'm a notorious hard stick. So in my book they are AMAZING!!"

"I've been to multiple quest locations in the past. Everyone was a good encounter until today. My appointment was at 2:10 I'm there 10 minutes early waiting attentively in the lobby. From the very first encounter I could tell there was some type of attitude in her voice while I was yes ma'am and no ma'am the entire time. After paperwork needed was filed we walked to the restroom to collect the urine sample. Continuingly being snide and disrespectful in everything she said. So I simply asked do you not like your job? She immediately had an attitude change went from being disrespectful and distant to attentive and respectful. Just because we come there to get drug test doesn't mean we're all bad people junkies and if you can't respect the people who literally exist giving you that job then you shouldn't have it at all. I definitely will not be returning to that location."

"Have used four or five times per year, no problems. I schedule ahead, they stay close to the times, and always friendly. Most important, they are good with their procedures. I use Salem Hospital too for another Doctor and the services are comparable,, both good."
