"Terrible experience. Do not sell your kids good clothes here because they will literally low ball you! I came today my first time ever, I was selling them A BUNCH OF GOOD CLOTHES AND BRAND NEW SHOES! 4 pairs of new shoes and some clothes and they had the audacity to tell me $30! When a pair of the shoes were literal Jordans. This place is a sucks! You’re better off selling it on Facebook market. ! Also if you’re selling them clothes or anything, they will nitpick through all of your items and give you back your stuff after they’ve made a complete mess with it. The manager who I assume was the manager by the way she talked to the employees was also very impolite to them! I believe all the employees are afraid to speak up to her by the way she was treating was very poorly."

"Two times i have been scammed by my account not showing store credit and I am 100% certain I did not use. I was told I had it used it which is incorrect. Be wary of getting store credit and not keeping the little tiny piece of paper with your account on it. TWO times i didnt have time to shop right then and there so I asked for store credit and somehow it doesnt show up on my account. I recommend to take the cash or buy whatever worth you sold right then and there. Do not save to store credit. If i didnt use it, then who did????"

I’ve been selling my kids clothing and shoes to consignment shops for years and I use to bring items and shop here all the time, but lately I just haven’t been having good experiences. The customer service skills are lacking for one thing. They aren’t very professional. The store is so crammed and the items offered are not usually in great shape. The past 3 times I’ve brought items that were gently used (I’m talking hardly worn) or even brand new the $ they offer you back is so low. Usually what happens is they tell you it’ll take 30-45mins to look through the items because they’re suppose to go through them and then look up the items online for current value. However, it’s been like a 10-15min wait for a lot of items to look through which during my most recent experience I am not sure they even looked up the items value. Also, the stuff they refused was in way better shape than some of the items I looked at. I’ve had better luck at the Kid to Kid down the street or the Once Upon A Child in Buford. Edit: Unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to line up as it was this morning that I was in, not yesterday. I did bring some jeans, but it was mostly a bunch of shoes. All of the items I brought in were unstained and we don’t own any animals so it would be very unlikely that there would be animal hair any of the items."

"Always have a great experience here! Excellent customer service, the staff is so friendly and helpful. Even on their busiest days, like yesterday, they all worked so hard to complete all the buys that people were bringing in. Another store is now closer for me, but I will continue to make the drive to bring my items to this location. They do a great job!"
