"I was scammed for a $310 order on my Kohl's account (I live in SD!) and I just want to thank Michelle, the assistant manager here! She helped me 100% more than ANY of the customer service numbers Kohl's provides. Both calls to Kohl's online told me I cannot cancel an order on MY account that I did NOT place, but Michelle took it upon herself to go above and beyond to stop the "Self-pickup" order placed by a criminal to be picked up at her store. Michelle is a gem!"
