"I have been seeing Gina for 4 years now. She is great she goes above and beyond when you can actually get her to see your messages. Her medical assistant Darlene is so rude and will not barely even send a message. I had a ct ordered by Gina herself for my back where I discovered I had degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis. I even needed physical therapy for it. I called them yesterday with massive back pain. Darlene refused 3 times to send Gina a message when I pretty much ordered her to do so she finally did. I then get a call today from someone else saying Darlene’s message said I wanted a rx from a pharmacy. I explained what is going on. They called me back and apparently they talked to Gina and she said I have never had a ct on my back and in order to have help I would need to go to er or wait for my May appt. No help at all. People can get rx drugs over the phone but I can’t get a ct. For them to say I have never gotten a ct is so horrible on their part considered she ordered the test herself. What kind of practice doesn’t even help their patients. Switching practices asap. And I will spread this to everyone I know. Trinity does not care at all."
