"I specifically scheduled a simple teeth cleaning. I made that very clear when scheduling the appointment. I show up and they did everything BUT clean my teeth. They did about 50 x rays, 3D screening and had a couple people talk to me about my teeth. Sure, I could use a couple little things to help my teeth, whatever. But when they got done speaking to me they send me out and say it’ll be around $1,900 to do the teeth cleaning and say they need half upfront to even schedule it. I get doing some x rays and what not, but to not even do what I specifically scheduled to do was absolutely ridiculous. The only thing good about the place was the staff. They were nice."

"Not a bad experience at all but was surprised to say the least at the cost of extracting one tooth. $212.50…also, I wasn’t even made aware of the cost until the day I walked in the door for my appointment. Would not work with me at all on any type of payment arrangements. I offered to pay half on Monday and the remainder on Friday, 4 days later. They weren’t having it. I feel like that could be improved on but overall it was not a bad experience. If it weren’t for that I would have given 5 stars."
