Luca Magistro: Allstate Insurance

"I originally rated this 5 stars but after awhile of being with this company , I ended up paying higher and higher rates. I have a completely clean record and stayed free of tickets and accidents through my time with this agency. It’s like they got me in at a low rate under a hundred and then before cancelling I was paying over two hundred dollars. I now have an independent agent and that’s who I will continue to deal with now. I cancelled with Allstate over a month ago and now they just took more money off of me for only 6 days they still had me covered under their agency almost another hundred dollars just for that. I called to question that and like always, another excuse! Ultimately, I was lied to and told my last premium would cost X amount and the payment ended up being much more than what I was told. Very disappointing."

I had found out that when I was with Geico right before changing to Allstate that Geico had done a lot of different things changing my policy and not even letting me know. I will not go anywhere now that I'm I have Allstate is fantastic!!! Josh at St Clairsville office is phenomenal! My car had gotten hit and when I called in to report it they tried putting it on my insurance because the person that hit me has the same insurance company as I do Allstate just saw that and right away he got it straightened up for me. He is the very best if the best!!!!"
