"I have been with Rodak for a little over six months now. My very first month I had not received any paperwork nor a statement (I think it was a mailing issue). I had received a cancellation warning though. I called in expecting the worst news because I was one week away from my paycheck. I was surprised when Rodak took full responsibility (even though I don’t believe it was their fault) and even paid my first month to avoid cancellation! Mind you, I still had to pay them back the following week. They are a business, not a charity. But I was sooooo happy that they took my problem and reached into their own pockets to help me out! Not only that, today was my renewal day after six months and they personally called me to go over my policy and to let me know my bill would be GOING DOWN and saving me almost $10 a month. I have had two other BIG NAME insurance companies in my life and NEVER had I gotten a call from them! Let alone one to tell me I’m saving money! I was initially referred by a co-worker of mine and he got a gas gift card just for the referral! Hands down one of the best decisions I have ever made! THANKS RODAK!"
