"Good not great"
"Our experience was horrible. The property manager came to the location at 12AM and made my son feel unsafe. He was very rude and prejudice. The shared kitchen and dining room area was filthy when we arrived. The house was hot and the thermostat was locked so there was no way to make it cooler. It was very uncomfortable and the property manager/owner did nothing to make us feel comfortable nor welcomed. He lied and stated another person called him to come over to the location but we were the only ones there. I would never spend my phone nor my time booking this location."
