"The Double Tree is very nice, clean, and in a perfect location for staying. The staff are extremely attentive to any problems you may have and are always willing to help. You can't beat those cookies, either! Marlow's Tavern is attached to the hotel for you to walk in and enjoy some food without having to get in your vehicle and fight Atlanta traffic. Extremely nice place to visit!"

"Do not stay here, they are a ripoff the room taxes and hotel taxes is ridiculous I have never heard of this. Not only that they charge you whatever they want to. This place will take your money! My bill was all overdue the place. I booked under family & friends and that price even fluctuated. Th e staff was pleasant and the rooms were ok...but he hall ways were cold."

"My husband and I stayed one night after spending most of the day at Stone Mountain on our way back to Florida. The gentleman that checked us in was exceptional! I think his name was Chris, I was so exhausted, so I could be wrong. He made us feel at home and had a great personality. He recommended the restaurant connected to the hotel for dinner and it did not disappoint either. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area. The only complaint would be the bathroom cabinet having broken pieces. Other than that, everything else was fine."

"The Rooms were great, except for the window. The window was pretty disgusting. Service: Good. Too good... The person at the front desk was very nice, even gave me a cookie, but about 45 minutes after arriving, the person who checked me in, sent me a text saying "Hello, Mr. My name, Great to have you here at DoubleTree Northlake! If you need anything please let us know." It appeared to be from their personal phone, and was pretty disturbing. Location: Not great. The shell nearby had full security, which makes me think it's been robbed before, plus it just has a very bad vibe. They also highly encourage you to take everything out of your car, which makes me think auto theft is common. TLDR: good rooms, service was too good, kinda creepy, and sketchy location"

"The hotel, staff, and service were wonderful. My family and I loved their complimentary cookies. The staff was super friendly. The location was centered in an area with lots of food/restaurants to choose from. I highly recommend, especially if you have an event that you want to hold in one of their event room."
