"After a late-night Xmas eve stay where I was rushed out way too early by cleaning staff, I arrived to what felt like a family member when I was greeted by the front desk staff, “Stephanie” who took it upon herself to smile, offer me the rewards program discount and give me a late check out for the next day. It made all the difference."

"My experience here was horrible the front desk people services and communication wasn’t great. And they tried to say I smoked in the room just cause I had a cigar packaged in the trash. Which caused them to put me on DNR so I wouldn’t reserve a room nomore. And I’ve been a great member with red roof it’s sad they just lost a wonderful customer."

"I can truly say I had zero issues with the hotel. I was able to check in early as the room was already ready. The front desk staff were efficient with the check on/out process. The room was clean, everything worked and I had no complaints. I’d stay again."

Then I called front desk for the tv remote and they didn’t have one, I called again and because the fridge was not working and they say that they couldn’t not do anything about it until next morning. Well next morning was my check out and all my food was going to the waste. Small thing like this make a good Hotel become the worst. Not to mention that I call the main Red Roof and they also said they could not do anything."

"I had a very bad experience with Red Roof. I tried to make a online reservation at this place, but after adding my payment info and clicking to confirm, the website froze and I never got an confirmation that my reservation was ok. I never got an email with the confirmation of the reservation or a request for check-in. I tried to see if I had a reservation on Red Roof website but it was saying that there was no reservation linked with my name. So I went and reserve another hotel. But I was surprised with a email today requesting to check out( the first communication from Red Roof of any sort...) and the charges on my card. I contact Red Roof for a refund and after a long call this is what I got: 1- Red Roof will not refund me. 2- Because I did the reservation at a third party, Red Roof will not send me anything but an email requesting for check out and for rating my experience. 3- If I can't find an reservation through their website, I should call them. 4- I was called but the call went directly to voicemail. Based on what I have experience here, and their customer service, I will never again try to make a reservation with Red Roof to avoid go through similar issue."
