"We have been using this Groomer for our little dogs over the last 9 months the grooming staff is like a revolving door of bafoons. The only person who can groom is Bea , the owner. This latest episode of WTH did you do to my dog left our 14 year old dog with plow stripes down to the leather where they also clipped off several moles! I only wish I could post pictures as my words don’t show the mess someone left us with and I’m sure that it hurt our little girl no wonder she doesn’t want to go inside when we bring them in. She won’t have to worry about that anymore as I’ll never take them back."

"I absolutely love this place, Bea is in my personal opinion the absolute best there is. She is truly a dog whisperer. When we first moved to this area, we took our lab to a pet store groomer just to have them call 20 minutes later and say he was barking and they could not do any grooming. We had never had problems at our groomers prior to moving to Georgia, so this was surprising to us. when we got there to pick him up, they told us that he showed signs of aggression and would not be able to come back. Calling around to try and find another groomer in the area. Just buy circumstance happen to call positively perrfet and they offered to have us bring him in just to cut a hang out and see how things went. He did absolutely amazing and they did a full wash on him. We’ve sense use their boarding services and our lab loves it there. He make sure to say hello to be every time he comes in. I’ve never had him “talk” to any other person but her."

"I have two big hairy dogs--a Newfoundland and a Bernese Mountain Dog--and they absolutely LOVE Pawstively Purrfect! They come here every four weeks to get groomed and when I pull into the parking lot they are pawing at the car door so they can run inside and see all their friends. I also board them several times a year and they are taken care of so well. I really can't say enough about this groomer--they are amazing!"
