"Literally the worst pharmacy!! Horrible customer service from the staff to the pharmacist (not including the store representatives) I wish I didn’t live so close to this one and that my insurance company wouldn’t require me to use CVS because I would never use them or recommend anyone else using them. Not only do they always have a forever wait at almost all times, but they NEVER go out of their way for any of their Customers. I can’t imagine that an entire staff would be as inconsiderate as they all are and I have heard them be rude and unhelpful to other people including myself so many times. I have no idea why CVS would allow this type of rudeness and unprofessionalism from their staff considering all of the other pharmacy options we have."

"Absolutely horrible for prescriptions. Every time I come here, I have to wait forever in line. Today it’s been 50+ minutes at 6:30pm and I still have not moved an inch in line. Nothing should take 50 minutes in line. I would give ZERO stars if I could."

"First time using CVS to fill an Rx. I switched from Publix in hopes to use my $10 monthly CVS extra care rewards to save that money on my prescription. However, it seems you can’t use it in the pharmacy. Long wait, terrible English and comprehension by the person assisting, not a good experience. Because I can’t use the rewards in pharmacy, I’ll be changing back to Publix where it’s less expensive and the employees in the pharmacy can complement English well enough to answer questions. She literally talked in circles not understanding any questions that I asked. Her two associates heard the struggling and didn’t offer up help. Those is dangerous if they are answering Rx questions improperly."
