"I've been staying here for about a week or so while getting my apartment in order. I will say it is not the fanciest place. However it is very affordable, quiet, large rooms, and the I find the owner very nice and helpful. You'll often see him around the property sweeping, cleaning, etc. I have had no bed bugs, no noise complaints. I do find it creepy looking at night, but no one has caused me any trouble."
