Burlington

"All Burlingtons are short staffed so waiting in line for 20 minutes for a return is the norm. However, the cashier who claims to be the manager “Linda” (older African American woman), told me that I could not make a return from a store that is less than 8 miles away from them. I made the purchase 2 days ago and tried it on at home and that was that. The Buford Burlington is closer to me and I’ve always returned other items from other burlingtons to this store. The receipt which Is not at all wrinkly, would not scan. She told me she could not type it in because they did not have the shirt in inventory- which is a LIE! The same shirt is at the front cap in the woman’s department at this store!!! She’s lazy and when I asked which 1-800 # to call, she told me “look on the receipt” and it was not there, and I told her to show me… she couldn’t find it either, so I don’t know why she would tell me it was on the receipt! This Burlington is going down fast because of people like her. UPDATE: it’s the same day, however it’s 5:30 PM, and I returned to the dreadful Burlington at Sugarloaf mills. The cashier could not scan the receipt so SHE TYPED IN THE NUMBERSand everything popped up!!!!!! (See 2nd picture). I told her what Buford store said/did. She said that was inaccurate, there is always a way to manually pull the receipt up if you have the numbers. So I Just called to see what the Buford manager’s name is and they told me it was Rochelle (I even spoke to her to confirm the voice). So anyone who encounters “Linda” be aware that, that might not be the actual name (again maybe, maybe not)"

"Malgalene needs an attitude check. She spoke very low, being hard of hearing made the transaction difficult. I asked for all security tags to be removed, she got upset about that, then I go to walk out for the alarm to go off because ... She didn't remove All security tags. Then she had the actual nerve to get upset about it. And she was pointing rudely instead of using her words with 0 direction on what action she wanted me to do. Incorrect sizes on the shoes made it difficult to enjoy shopping and find a shoe."

"Got a really cool hoodie here for a super good price, but couldn't find any clothes that fit XS for me. Besides that, this place has really good prices and a diverse selection, so it's a perfect place for budget finds if you're size S and above."

"Had the worse experience with the Manager Linda (used the wrong name) , very unprofessional. Decided to not allowed a returned that was purchased 2 days ago. Claim it was wormed while it had tag and Price and stickers still on the item. **By smell and looks was her judgment."

"This Burlington is always so clean which is why I enjoy coming here. I purchased a free name brand Nike, addidas, and puma sets for my 2 yr old son and they were about $18 a piece which is a steal compared to the regular $50+ retail price I would have spent directly from those companies! There was not a long line at check out at this location. This is definitely a smaller store though, but I do believe they are under construction so that should be resolved at some point in time. Great store! We will be back again and again for sure!"
