"Smelled bad, had a gross yellow-looking mattress with holes in it, saw a bug that may have been a bed bug (not sure), loud people/thumping kids in adjacent and above rooms, bathroom door didn't close and the handle fell off when I touched it. Needless to say my friend and I spent all of about 10 mins in the room before checking out, during which we were desperately calling nearby hotels to get a room somewhere else, even though we only needed a room for one night. We found one for $250 nearby and didn't even bat an eye at the cost, we needed to get out of there!"

"Extremely poor experience. If I could rate zero stars, I would. The floors of the room I stayed in were sticky, it smelled like cigarettes, the blinds were very dirty, and walls were stained. In addition, the environment feels very dangerous with lots of long-term tenants packed into the hotel like it’s some kind of dystopian mega city. It is extremely loud at night: You can hear loud chatter, screaming, thumping from people running across the floor. The air conditioner was also very loud and made a ticking noise that would not stop. I even saw a small cockroach crawling across the bathroom. They charged us $100 for this! Do not stay here, there are much better options at a similar price."

"The room was clean but it sounded like elephants were wrestling in the other room. The police were out front for some reason, kids were running down the halls making a racket. There were three locks on the door which was a little concerning. But for the price I couldn't expect the Ritz. Just wish it were quieter so I could relax."
