"The room was dirty!! Roaches, room old and wall coming apart, toliet won't flush and never enough towels. Made management aware and they stated there is nothing they can do. That's terrible and doesn't display good customer service. I would never stay here again!!"

"Love this place. Its the only hotel I get when I come to Columbus. Very clean and comfortable. Also they have a hot breakfast. Unlike a lot of the other Big chain hotels still using covid-19 as an excuse not to do breakfast. And they are pet friendly."

"Terrible, terrible terrible! I wish I had something nice to say about this hotel, other than the fact they have a nice lobby as that was as far as I got before we were told (pretty rudely by a young girl with locs) we could not stay in the room we booked. A WEEK PRIOR!! And we were not the only family to be sent back out of the hotel, being told that all the rooms had been booked out even though we had booked our room already. We ended up staying at a flithy hotel down the road (don't wanna get into that) and it took calling corporate just to get at least some kind of compensation for our terrible experience. They gave me 12,000 points and was told it was enough for a one night at a choice hotel...I have yet to find a hotel that doesn't require more that 16k for one night. We still have yet to receive an explanation as to why we weren't able to stay in our booked room, that was CANCELLED the day of might I add (by a staff member...not me or my fiancé)"

"Pubic hair, a filthy toilet seat, and stains on the comforter were enough for me to book another hotel room elsewhere after entering the room. The front desk attendant was the only thing pleasant about the 15 minutes I spent there - she was very sweet. She was slammed when I went to leave so I left her my key card and a note to please have management call me and requested a refund because the room was dirty. They did not call. After traveling all day it was a major inconvenience but the worst of it was that when I requested a refund they refused.The toilet seat was littered in unidentified dark stuff which I tried to wipe off but it was really on there, (took a video but can't post video on Google reviews yet). There were pubic hairs not just on top of the stained comforter but even in the pillows, (how does that even happen?). It looks like they are renovating (seemingly for the better) but if they don't renovate their idea of what "clean" means, no amount of paint or new decorations is going to help."

"I stayed several nights here and had a pleasant experience. Checking in was simple, the rooms are comfortable with A/C and heating controls, they have kitchenettes, multiple chairs, and relaxing beds. The breakfast is convenient. A few things to also consider, the wifi is subpar, not ideal for streaming services. If you want complete peace and quiet, you will hear everything next door to you and above you. If you have laundry, you will need to bring many quarters to use the equipment. Other than that, I’d still come back for the price and simplicity."
