Forever 21

"I'm not normally one to complain, but I've had enough poor experiences at this location that a review is needed now. Every time we go, the staff is mostly unwelcoming and acts as if it's a nuisance that we're there/checking out. The staff barely acknowledges us and chats among themselves about whatever while they check us out. They give the bare minimum customer service. No smile, kind word or any kind of friendliness or welcoming attitude. Looking at other reviews, my experience is sadly shared by others I see. This last time we were there, we asked a very nice and helpful (finally someone helpful!) young man working there if the fitting rooms were all closed (signs were up on both that they were closed) and he said it was fine for us to try some things on and he would open a room for us. We were very grateful! As my teen was trying some things on, a female staff member comes up to me as I was waiting and tells me in an aggravated tone that the fitting rooms are supposed to be closed. I told her that the other staff member said we could try things on and she proceeded to say to me, "Well, can you wrap it up?" - again, in an aggravated tone. I simply said, "Sure". Then she headed straight to the male staff member who let us in and I'm sure she gave him an earful... When we were done, I went up to the cash register to check out and another female staff member checked us out. I asked if the shift supervisor was there and she told me it was the lady who spoke to us in the fitting rooms... I was shocked to learn that a supervisor (maybe she's even the store manager??) would address customers in that way. No staff member should! I doubt we will ever go back. I'm tired of being treated like I'm not welcomed. My teenage daughter and her friend had a negative experience there once as well - simply unwelcoming, unfriendly staff. If a supervisor acts like that, it will trickle down to the rest of the staff and you can tell it has. I really also just don't understand why their fitting rooms are rarely open - neither of the two. Other stores have at least one open these days."

"I honestly wanted to rate it one star, but I have seen one star before and though it nears the quality it’s not quite there. I’m 18 and I just have to say the music playing in there is ridiculously loud and explicit. Personally I typically don’t care, but please believe me when I say it’s so loud you can hear the music before you make it into the store.The staff are all very unprofessional. Moreover, the checkout line, when there’s only like 3 people, always takes literally 10 min even when they only have like 3 pieces of clothing and theres always only one register open. Recently I went to return an online purchase and came back with the box, and the girl at the register asked me after I completed the process to take the box… Ma’am you literally work here and there’s a dumpster in the back of the mall. It just literally made no sense it was so silly and then she looked stressed and I figure its probably because it was packed and she was the only worker of like 5 or 6 ringing customers up. Basically, I would respectfully suggest you just hire someone mature enough to hold the store down and replace like the entire crew there."

"so mf ridiculous. due to short staff no fitting rooms available, how are we supposed to n know if something fits??? let alone that the sales are pointless because u can't try them on, or buy and return if it doesn't fit. SMH just close the store at this point"

"Brought my teenage girls here tonight to do back to school shopping. We noticed plenty of employees standing around chatting when we walked in. However, no one willing to help, store unkept. After my girls got their clothes and headed to the fitting room they were told the fitting rooms were closed. This is unacceptable, who wants to buy hundreds of dollars worth of clothes then go home and try them on and have to return half of them because they don’t fit! We left the clothes and went to other stores and shopped. Staff in this store just seems lazy and unwilling to help customers. If I am going to shop and not be able to try things on I may as well shop elsewhere or online!"

"Very unorganized and dirty Forever 21. It’s a total hot mess and management really need to step their game up. I never find anything at this location, I won’t be back either. The employees are slow and rude. An employee was yapping her gums about the uncleanliness and what she wasn’t going to do to her friends I guess were visiting the store while she was working. She was laughing and carrying on like she wasn’t on the clock. Very unprofessional!"
