"This is a very hard time for me and I worry alot, so i had to call about my baby, I was told the driver didn't pick up my cash payment with my dogs body and that was over a week. So now I'm told they can't touch the animals til payment is received but I paid cash on the day I had to put my Dessi down and now not knowing if she's been just sitting in a cooler for over a week now or did someone cremate her and did whatever with her ashes.i had this dog for 15 years and I will never know if I will truly receive her ashes."
"When my baby TIP passed away, I was shocked and heartbroken, I was also broke. I didn't want to bury her where I was staying at but had no money to cremate her right then ..after several disappointing calls to other places, I called deceased pet and miss Lorri Price called me back promptly. Not only was she understanding, caring, genuine, and I felt like she was reading my mind! She offered support, she made me smile and feel like I wasn't crazy for acting like I had lost a child, she helped me quickly get my tippys body out to her and made payment arrangements with me. Even after I had a couple of personal situations come up and I missed the day I was supposed to pay, she still patiently waited and gave me more time to pay, and reached out to me trying to help as much as she could. I know I was a hard client and took way longer than normal to do everything but miss Lorri not once complained... she will forever have a special place in my heart for helping me in this situation, and I could never show how much appreciation I have for her and the whole team!!! Thank you so much. Miss lorri- you are very special to me, and you are one of the best genuine caring people I have ever met!!! I can't thank you enough."
"So thankful for the services offered here. Pets in Peace took incredible care of my little guy. They offer excellent, compassionate service and they seemlessly take care of you during a true time of need. Thank you Fred & Denise for all you!"
"Fred and his team at Pets in Peace made our family’s decision to make the hardest decision but provide the ultimate kindness to our dogs stress-free and seamless. Their kind and respectful communication with our family during this process was much appreciated during our grief. They understood our pain and were sympathetic and supportive. We chose the in-home euthanasia for our pets. Our girls were both old and sick. While losing both at the same time was extremely difficult, Fred provided wonderful support and he helped us through our process. As we continue through our grieving process, I know that my girls were given the best care and Pets in Peace provided first-rate customer service throughout our entire process. Many thanks to Fred and the team for your help and support, The Evans Family"
"Didn't return my dog's ashes when they said they would. I got him back on Monday afternoon and they had said Friday evening. They put him in the wrong box, as I had selected a carved one. The paw print on the death certificate is horribly smudged which is RIDICULOUS as they had his front feet delivered severed from his body. The box they.*Did* give me is a factory second. The sliding top has the finish marred. Yes, I'm grieving, but I'm totally pissed right now. I just lost my 12 yr old seizure-alert service dog and this level of service just inexcusable. Now I'm wondering if this is *just* my dog's ashes or a scoop out of a combination of dogs. Who could possibly get so many things wrong if they actually pay attention to what they're doing??"
