"I don’t know how this pharmacy has 4 stars. They will not answer the phone. If you need to speak with anyone in the pharmacy department you’re better off just driving to the store and standing in line. I’ve used several different CVS locations over the years and I’ve always had a positive experience but this one is awful."

"The pharmacist at this location is horrible. I dropped off 2 prescriptions for my mother this morning with no updates from the pharmacy on the status to call in with an automated message to confirm pickup for 1 of the 2. To get there to find out that the one they prescribed is the reversal of the one they did not prescribe. Didn't notify my mother to allow her an opportunity to contact her doctor to either approve or recommend another prescription and then say she doesn't have any more and that she had medication earlier was an insult. Now it's after 5 p.m., and her doctor is no longer available, causing my mother to go another night in pain, which is inexcusable because of the lack of care to notify customers when she acknowledged she just put it off to the side and said maybe another pharmacy can fill the request. Wow, in livid. What if this was her mother or loved one."

"The Pharmacist tonight at this Location is Awful. She is so Unprofessional & Rude. The employee name Esther, Customer Service was Phenomenal . I would give Esther 5 stars. Next message will be to corporate. And or to file a complaint on the state board of pharmacy's website."

"The male pharmacist working on 8/23/23 lied about transferring and faxing my 2 year olds prescription to another location. He pretended to fax it over right in front of me, but actually DELETED my son’s prescription. I only found out because the pharmacist at Wal mart was extremely helpful in advocating for me and called and spoke to someone who admitted the prescription was deleted and never sent over. My son missed starting his medicine on time because this pharmacist was careless! I am livid and would not trust this location ever again to fill any prescriptions for our family!"
