"Good experience, but not so good automotive items was purchased and had to be exchanged on the spot. I arrived at this location in somewhat of and emergency situation I purchased a new battery for my vehicle and the first 2 batteries that was installed was tested bad off the shelf."
"IDK what y'all paid the 5 star reviewers but they obviously have never stepped foot in this store. I have really low standards for Wal-Mart employees, they deal with a lot for low pay. However, this store takes the cake for useless associates. Except for the night doorman William, he is always nice and I have never once seen him on his phone or away from his door. This evening I was checking out and I double scanned something I looked around and there was an associate not 2 feet from me scanning a cart of socks. I did the "Pardon me ma'am, I need to remove this item" and got ignored until I raised my voice only to have her say, "I am not a cashier and I am about to clock out." 3 other customers were waiting for assistance with not a single employee even remotely interested. I counted no less that 5 other employees in the area who walked right by ignoring everyone waiting for help after looking at us. I had to go to customer service and the chick there was like, "I just got off break but I'll help." THEN SHE HELPS THE EMPLOYEE WHO I SPOKE TO EARLIER FIRST BECAUSE SHE WAS CHECKING OUT AND DOUBLE SCANNED SOMETHING. I am not sure where the managers are but either they are absurdly over worked or completely absent because this place is has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. And the berries are never check and always have mold on the bottom of the packages. Legit, I only shop here because I work evenings and it's the only place open when I get off."
"The Walmart concept is so great! A store where you can get everything you need in one spot for decent prices. And the location of this Walmart is prime: super cute strip mall in the East-West Connector, close ro many restaurants and shops. Sadly this store is a disappointment. The store was in disarray, very few registers were open, but in that one trip I counted seven (7) employees leaning against a wall or a counter and looking at their phone. As we used the self-check out (which I despise), an employee was having a personal conversation on her phone. Another customer needed assistance with a price. She told the person on the phone to hold on and yelled at the customer from the counter, to go take a picture of the price and come show her. Meanwhile from where we were we could see 3 additional employees on their phones. Not a good experience at all."
"i bought a frozen pizza but when i looked at it was not ohio style cooked pizza it was choclate so i buy it anway"
"The longer I've lived here, the worse this Walmart has gotten. Extremely messy, allowing homeless and strung out people to loiter inside the building, and they no longer have cashiers but will accost you at the door to ask for a receipt so they can check off every item. Pickups also take anywhere from 20 minutes to over an hour. If you select bags, they put 1 item per bag so that you have 84 bags. It doesn't matter if you select the option for them to load them into reusable bags because they'll just dump your groceries into the open trunk, on top of and around the bags that are open and prepped for groceries. (See photo) I have never seen a group of people come up with more creative ways to not do a single part of their job."
