"I wouldn't bring my dog here after my friend worked here, and she said they screamed at dogs and sometimes let them sit in their own filth. At one point, the employee kicked a dog, and it bled from the nose. Not to mention my friend fell once and the owner wouldn't let her go to the doctor, when she went after work the manager got mad when she reported that the accident took place at the work. He came over and started yelling at her. Horrible place"

"Truly disappointed in their services. Took my dogs for a bath, they were there for many hours for me to have to call to see if they were ready for pick up. No one ever called. Once I went to collect my dogs they were still wet and smelled of urine. Im not even sure if they were properly bathed. The smell was so strong so not sure how they were ready to bring the dogs to me to go home and not see they didnt look clean and smelled of pee. Would never go there again truly disappointed"

"I don't know what they did, but when I picked up my dog, she was very sick. She had gastrointestinal problems that required medical attention and a year on very expensive prescribed dog food. I'll NEVER use this place again. Also, they leave at 7pm, returning at 7ish tge next morning except Sundays. No one was there to answer my calls until the afternoon, stating some type of break on Sundays. Over the 4 day stay no one ever answered or returned my calls."

"The Dog House is excellent - 10/10 highly recommend! Our dog did the 6-week training and although he was a Covid puppy (born during quarantine) and isn't highly socialized, he made tremendous growth over that time frame with Brian. They employees are friendly and our dog loves it there!"

"WARNING: AVOID AT ALL COSTS I want to start the review off by saying that I had taken my dog to The Dog House for more than two years before this most recent experience. They would reach out if the food ran out or anything happened to my dog. However, the business has greatly dropped off over the past year. Since I was going to be gone for 2 weeks, I wanted to ensure my dog was able to go outside so I elected to pay the extra money so my dog could go outside. However, THIS WAS A MISTAKE and I couldn’t believe what I saw when I picked my dog up. She had bite and scratch marks all over her face and body, in addition to dried blood in many areas. I asked the owner (Brandon) if anyone was watching the animals while they were outside and he said someone SHOULD HAVE been outside but couldn’t confirm. Why would someone pay for their dogs to be let outside and not be supervised? My dog also “ran out of food” even though I packed extra bags. I even picked up my dog EARLY and they couldn’t tell me when my dog had be fed last but swore we had enough good. However, they couldn’t find any of the extra bags I packed. On top of all this, they improperly had their costs listed on their google site, which the owner (Brandon) said he would correct. Unfortunately, it took me submitting a complaint to my credit card company before he finally addressed the overcharge. After all this, the owner offered to give my dog the bath that I had initially asked for but I would NEVER leave my animal in their care again so I politely declined. In summary, The Dog House failed to deliver on every aspect of their business and I would never recommend to anyone who cares about their pet’s safety."
