"Horrible (Black Friday) Today **************** Horrible Traumatizing Experience!!! I’m shopping with my little babies in this store and the employees here at this location really need to be FIRED !!! This store has NO HOSPITALITY! The supervisor needs to train their employees more about the store that they act like they hate working at! First off all I wanted to know was a simple answer ! “Excuse me mam is this the only day Old Navy will be doing 50 percent off deals. She then goes to ask around and all the employees shrug their shoulders like they don’t know and don’t care!! If you don’t want to do your job don’t come to work. It’s sad cause it’s black workers at the registers being so fake and showing favoritism to customers . Treat all customers the same. You never know what someone may be going through. Also have some employee etiquette. When someone asks for the half off price of something don’t just sit there and look stupid ! I thought Old Navy was better than this. I’ll never come back to this store again!!!!!!! Be willing to answer important questions about the store that you get paid to work at !!! Duhhhhhh"

"I really forgot all about Old Navy, but it never fails when i remember. I liked that this store was well organized...things not thrown all over the place. Customer service was lacking...not unprofessional just unbothered more so. Overall I enjoyed the options for my entire family and I like that it is clean and convenient"

"First, I would like to say that I love this old navy location. I typically don’t have any concerns. However, I did buy two pairs of shorts today. Both shorts were the same size. I noticed one of the shorts were more loose fitting when I tried them on. I can tell the item was previously returned and placed back on the shelf. That same pair of shorts did not have a clothing sensor on it like all the others. It was the last in my size and color so I proceeded to purchase it. I mentioned the discrepancies to the manager (Lawrence) and she disregard any of my concerns and told me she couldn’t do anything about it. Her attitude was not very pleasant. She look at me with a pre-convinced conscious and a unpleasant attitude. She also walked off. Luckily the young lady at the front register 305 ( Cashier 2494113) had a much nicer attitude. The cashier informed me that if I am not satisfied- she would order me a brand new pair. I appreciate her understanding but it’s still a 1-Star for CUSTOMER SERVICE for me!"
