College Park

"The apartments themselves have been nice. It is definitely reasonably priced for what's offered in Morgantown, and utilities are usually courteous of when they do maintenance. However, my poor review is mostly due to the fact that the management needs work. I've had a parking pass for my last two academic years, and I got ticketed a lot this year because I didn't "have a properly displayed permit", and when I inquired they told me that its just not displayed properly when if you actually looked down you'd see it is on the inside of my window as it is supposed to be. Thankfully, transportation overturned all the ones at that lot for me. This is one of the many problems I have had with the office and management. To be clear, I am not saying you shouldn't live here. It is in a nice place to stay if you are on a budget."

"bike got picked and stolen right by my apartment off the bike rack. You’re not allowed to bring the bikes inside but there are also no security cameras outside to look for thieves. Makes no sense. That was the second time someone stole from me here, bad area of thieves. Wouldn’t recommend."

"I really enjoy living at college park. It is a very nice facility, that is well maintained and managed well. The management is very easy to work with and are very helpful. I really appreciate the maintenance staff as well. They are always very quick to respond to issues and friendly when they come in. I have has a few things that needed service in my apartment and every time they come in they have been very polite and helpful. They have educated my roommates and I how to avoid the problems in the future, as well as cleaned up after their work, leaving the apartment as it was. It’s comforting to know that if something goes wrong in my apartment I can rest assured it will get fixed very quickly after I submit a request. I also enjoy having the gym in the main office. It is a really nice bonus. The gym is small but has 90% of the equipment that I would want. It is always very clean and not usually very busy. I would absolutely recommend living at college park."

"I have lived her for 4 years. The first year was good but they changed management and it has been terrible. Our ac leaks every week and they cannot seem to fix it. Then they decided that they were going to shut of the ac this week. It was 65 degrees out today. My apartment is 76 degrees right now. If I’m paying rent and electric I think I should be able to turn my ac on!!! Cars get broken into. They haven’t power washed our balcony since we lived here so it is disgusting. The garbage disposal has been broken for two years after many calls to maintenance. The sinks grow mold constantly. The hot water is only hot for about 20 minutes, and when you have 4 girls living in an apartment that means you can’t all shower in a night. The hallways are disgusting. There was a fire about 3 months ago and they haven’t fixed the molding hallway. The amenities are never open, even though they advertise it! The mobile id to get in the building barely works. The walls must be made of cardboard because you can hear every other apartment around you. They provided us with putty at the beginning of the year that puts holes in the walls but they expect h to pay for it. DO NOT LIVE HERE."
