"*edit* I used to love this place but it's been sold and the new management or owners whoever's making the decision are fools! Prices are starting to get ridiculous and when I try to donate items today I was told they're no longer taking donations. They have too much stuff. And they won't know when they'll be able to accept items again ..... My favorite thrift store of all time. Stuff is cheap and the shop is wanting you to buy so ask to make a deal! Don't be afraid to dig my friend. Your special find is here somewhere"
"Amazing thrift store, just improve parking. I have shopped here for quite some time, I usually come in around once a week, I love the electronics section, and this is the only thrift store that I know that accepts CRT displays and computers. (and please try to move the bedding and curtain section)"
"This has been my favorite thrift store for 4 years as a young mom of 3 littles. I’ve donated a lot of stuff here. It always had great prices and the owners and workers were so sweet and friendly. BUT today has been my first time going since it’s been under new ownership and it was AWFUL. These people will rip you off and have TERRIBLE customer service. Their prices have sky rocketed and it has never looked so dirty and neglected as it does now. As I checked out, the lady was on FaceTime on her phone as I checked out and failed to tell me the price before she ran my card. She rang up my items at different prices than I was told prior to checking out and then got angry and hateful when I asked for a full refund. I was told that I could have store credit, but not a refund. I didn’t want store credit as I had purchased anything I wanted already and should have been told if prices were going to change at check out. The angry, fake blonde Hispanic lady at the front had the worst attitude and should not be working in any customer service ever."
"I called to get some information and I asked for the process to be explained. The woman said “1 to 2 weeks “ I stated back “what do you mean by that I don’t understand “ keep in mind she didn’t give me any steps or information on paperwork who to talk to anything. After I made this statement she hung up in my face. I tried calling back three times immediately after and my call was ignored. This is actually the third time this has happened to me within the year. Horrible people. Horrible service."
"Used to come here all the time to donate and to buy items but ever since the new owners got in place they over price everything even the stuff I donated and I even have donated items that I have never seen them put out for sale they were all brand new at that. Meaning one of the workers kept it for themselves. There are plenty of places to donate to that doesn't try to scam you and I will be sure to be donating and buying from other places like this."
