"I find the gently used pieces affordable and I can always find something special. I so appreciate having such a wide selection of choices for my grandchildren. It is a pleasure to be able to count on Kid to Kid for everyday basics and special holiday outfits. Thank you for being my go to place!"
"I'm usually pretty pleased with the store. I've had a few times that I felt like they were too selective in what I brought into sell, but other times I thought they were more than generous. So while consistency is not there in the buying process, I do feel like overall this is a great store. I always find good deals when buying clothes for my children here."
"I’ve took several tote bags with nice clothes that my child hardly wears and every time I get called there’s a note on the receipt that says DNB I am assuming it stands for Do Not Buy. It doesn’t even get checked because when I get home it is the same way I took it. It has happened three times. I am really disappointed as they sell pretty beat up clothes that I personally would NOT buy. I will never do business with kid to kid again. I rather just donate my bags and save my time."
"Absolutely love this place! I came in one day with my son while we waiting for a doctors apt and wasn’t expecting to buy anything. But we walked out with a few items because they had so many great things! And good quality too. I’m so excited to come back but with the whole family next time."
"Yesterday morning, I carried in 3 containers of clothes, neatly folded, and matched outfits. At 6pm I was told the unwanted clothes were ready for pickup. They only bought $11.00 worth of what I brought. I thought that was really a low amount but it was my very first experience. When I arrived, a young lady took down 2 bins and a box. I took the bins and box to my car and unloaded the clothes. It was dark so I did not look at them. Today, when I unloaded the clothes I realized NONE of these clothes were mine and they were a mess, just tossed into the bins. Not only did I lose very cherished clothing, but how do I know what money I also may have lost. The loss of the clothes is the worst part. Now I cannot even donate them where it was planned. What happened to Kids to Kids? A family member said that is NOT how it used to be. She was shocked. I cannot recommend this place at all. The ONLY reason I gave it 2 stars is because the young ladies that helped me were nice. That's it."
