"20 years ago I said I would never shop at this store again because their return policy was ridiculous. They have since changed it and my husband bought me a wonderful pair of slippers there. They were too big, so I went in to exchange them for a smaller size. Well... even though I had the receipt showing they had been purchased 3 days ago, they would not allow me to even exchange them (never mind get my money back), because I had removed the tag from the slippers. I am renewing my vow to NEVER shop at Burlington Coat Factory again."
