"I took my 12+ lab mix to them. She suddenly was struggling with walking She was panting and drooling. I knew whatever was going on was very serious. I booked my spot in line online. When I got there it was easy to check in. And they greeted me right away. They got us in a room quickly. The vet was friendly and explained things well. We had to put Maddie down. They made a really hard experience as comfortable as possible for us and Maddie. I have already told some friends about their clinic."

"We have a little in the house, so needless to say, food crumb droppings are inevitable, and unfortunately one of those food crumbs was a grape after dinner, and the furry little ran over and gobbled it right up. It was about 9p on a Friday, so thank goodness Urgent Vet was still open and right down the street! We called to let them know we were coming, and they took us back as soon as we got there to get started right away. They talked me through the whole process and were very kind to my poor, scared pup. They also called the next day to check in on us. So thankful they were still open that late at night!"

The facility was super clean and the staff was extremely nice. Dr. King was friendly and thorough and willing to save me money by reviewing the labs I had drawn on my dog the week prior. The tech, Octavian, was friendly and great with my dog. And the price was well below what I was expecting to pay. I would highly recommend this for your emergency vet care and will use them as needed in the future."
