East Roswell Vet Hospital

"I love the vets and the vet techs here, the care has been great except for a few issues here and there that makes it really frustrating to me to use them, especially with my cat nearing the end of her life. I had to push for better care and medical attention for my cat because they didn't review previous medical records and didn't inform me that those hadn't came in. I've also had several reoccurring issues with their appointment desk, which makes it hard for my cat to be seen when she is severely ill and in need of care. If you call after hours, you will need to call again the first thing in the morning because they will not return your call or review your message. They have also gotten my cat mixed up with someone else's. All in all I like them but this has been one of the most infuriating places I've ever used and it's mostly because of the lack of attention and detail in the service/appointment desk. My calls after hours should be reviewed first thing in the morning. I shouldn't have to call back, reiterate painful messages, and then have to correct the service desk about them mixing up my cat with another one's. I don't know why this keeps happening, where my messages and pleas for help keep going unnoticed, but I'm really mad about it. This only hurts my cat in the end and I feel it's unfair for her to suffer because of a bad service desk worker."

"I started taking both my dogs to East Roswell Vet Hospital when Dr. Kim first opened. And now, I trust and appreciate the vets who have taken over the practice, Dr. Lane and Dr. Still. They are both very informative and are happy to answer any and all questions. It’s obvious they love what they do and they love all their furry and feathered clients as well. The staff is friendly and also very helpful. You and your pets will be happy when you choose East Roswell Vet Hospital."

"This has been the best Vet office I've ever used before. All the staff has been friendly, and the doctors are great. I particularly liked Dr. Lane. He's very kind, personable, and happy to answer any questions you have. I recently had to put my elderly dog to sleep, and I couldn't even have imagine going through that process with any other doctor. The office staff even sent me a sympathy card in the mail the following week. That was very thoughtful. I have nothing bad to say about this office."

"The entire staff was friendly and helpful while working with my dog. She needed a routine health check and we had not been to East Roswell since Dr. Kim retired. Sage loved Dr. Lane and so did we.He took time with us, answered ALL of our questions and overall seemed to care about my dog's well being. So thankful for vets that listen and care about our fur babies!"
