"Because I had to work my son took our dog, Chopper, for a nail trim ($16). When the boy brought Chopper from the room for nail trim he didn’t hold the door and it hit my dog in the hind legs. My son said “What the hell”?. No apology given. While he was there they offered a rabies vaccine ($30), we happily agreed to. While I am busy at work Dr. Ana calls to ask if there is anything else she can treat Chopper for. The gesture was nice but If there was anything else, I would’ve specified before the appt. The call made me nervous thinking something was wrong-so I answered, but she clarified things were fine, but before I could say goodbye -she disconnected abruptly. At checkout the total was $91. My son needed more money because we were not aware of the cost of the exam that was needed to give rabies vaccine. When I called the office i was told by TYLER she did not need to disclose the exam cost because my son didn’t ask about it. I explained the costs of service should be transparent so people can be prepared to pay the full amount. TYLER did not have anything to say, I thought she disconnected too, nor did she apologize for the “miscommunication”. All of this to say, please be careful with how your fur babies are treated here and do not expect for ANY of the office staff to be transparent for the cost of services rendered. ASK!"

"We were sent to Dr. Adams from our regular vet because she specializes in repro. She performed surgery on our sweet girl and had her back to us the same day. The staff was incredibly kind and thorough. Dr. Adams took time to call me to discuss all things about the surgery the day before. I highly recommend Dr. Adams and her team. It’s clear that their priority is your pet’s health and your peace of mind."

"We had such a pleasant and personable experience using Dr. Adams for repro services. She came recommended by a highly knowledgeable friend/breeder. We loved the fact that texting the doctor was an option right away and that she then phoned immediately to discuss options. She was so thorough and kind and made us feel welcome right from the start. The facility was very clean and bright. We were fortunate to time things well and our dam had a short stay and a surgical AI. This was all very smoothly handled and we are very pleased. Even the incision is so nicely done that we would absolutely use Westside Village again in the future. It was worth the 1.5-2hr drive one way for us!"

"My fur babies can be a handful. Between one that’s excited and the other being quite anxious, the staff was so patient and thorough. Taking my dogs to the vet is a bit of a hand full for me but Westside Village Animal Hospital made me feel welcomed and less anxious myself."
