"First, I got in the next day—-which I requested. The ladies there were very pleasant. I like Dr Garden. She took her time and didn’t rush. I am definitely pleased and will go there again."
"We have used this practice, since 1981. Dr. Gholston, Sr. was a single practitioner. We have had 3 dogs and 4 cats, under their care. Our "last pet", an 18 year old cat, was put down on 12/9/23. The compassion, caring , etc. is extraordinary."
"They have an amazing staff. We didn’t have an appointment and walked in, and they took in my dogs in for their exams. They were very kind and gentle with my pets. I would recommend this place to others!"
"We have brought all of our pets over the years to Peachtree Corners Animal Clinic - the Vets and other staff members are wonderful and very caring people. I highly recommend this practice to my friends and neighbors. Very pleased :-)"
"I have been using Peachtree Corners Animal Clinic around 20 years and was always impressed with their expertise, the clean clinc and the concern for our pets (who are family members) and their well being. I recently boarded my two dogs for 2 days and a mimi groom with Sally on the last day. Came home on Wedneday and by Friday one dog was sick and by Saturday the other dog was sick...very sick. This was not the usual mild gastro upset after boarding but a full blown illness that got much worse before it got better! I called the clinic and spoke to someone at the front desk (it was not Sarah who is great) explained the situation and got no care, or concern at all. The next day I called and spoke to Dr. Gardin and it was the same. She quickly told me she did not have long to talk as she had somewhere she had to be. I told her how sick my youngest dog was, and while she did offer to provide fluids and meds she didn't seem all that concerned. I was extremely concerned to even take the dog back because they clearly caught something while they were there. I have provided fluids and care for the dog and today after 1 week of being very, very ill she has turned the corner. The clinic was always my north star for my pets, and we always got follow up calls after injections, procedures, etc. until the last coule of years. I had hoped that Dr. Gardin would at least call to check on my dog after I described my concern for what happened and how ill both dogs were but I heard nothing from her. I hate to leave the clinic because Sarah and Sally are both great, but I cannot go back and risk another incident like this. The front desk staff show little care or concern (except for Sarah) and all in all the professionalism has gone way down in my opinion."
