"They charge too much even though my dog is under coverage for insurance. They charged me for the test only. They charged extra for treatment They didn't just give me flea pills, they only cost about $20 a piece. So, a heartworm test and injection cost over $100, and it turned out that they were selling flea pills on top. It looked too much like a businessman. An apprentice part-timer named Nicole is unkind. She was busy frowning when she made a face, although she had to explain when a customer asked because he or she didn't understand."
"I’m not putting this review out of spite, I’m putting this review because someone needs to know what happened to us. I took my puppy for a vet visit and shots, when I picked him up and his back legs were dragging, I was asked if it was a normal behavior, I informed them that it wasn’t, I was told that it will wear off. I’ve waited a couple of days and it never wore off. I scheduled an appointment, upon our arrival my puppy became stressed and extremely scared, when the staff approached him he growled, he had NEVER growl at anyone before. The vet refused to see him due to his “aggressive” behavior, he was prescribed meds to help him relax on his next appointment. Well… this happened last year, Bandfield is not assuming responsibility, we were asked to take our pet to a neurologist, it’s extremely expensive, I’m on bed rest due to a heath condition and can’t afford it, my poor dog is suffering, he was a happy healthy dog, he has lost a lot of weight, still drags his back legs, unfortunately soon I will have to consider to put him down. This is completely inhumane for Bandfield to just turn their back on something that was clearly their mistake. We have visited other Bandfields and they have refused to help us, they directed us back to the original location. Obviously we have stopped the visits with Bandfield."

"The friendliest staff! I’ve been to lots of pet stores in and around atlanta and this is by far the best location. The vet staff are very nice and knowledgeable, you can tell how much the genuinely care for the animals and their job. As a first time dog parent I’m so glad I found them!"
